Changed their price as I went over,Won’t ever come again, highly recommend no one to come buy here. Worst scam wreckers I’ve seen in Brisbane$650 for this bumper with scratches on side,Unbelievable, and without front grille!Bullshit…….Waste time

These guys are ABSOLUTELY just amazingly helpful. If I could give more stars I would. I've bought a bonnet and front fender for my Renault which was pretty much impossible to find in Western Australia. Both parts arrived very well wrapped up in A1 condition. Nearly 6 months later I misplaced the invoice which I needed for re-registration purposes, so after calling A1 Global Auto Parts, they've emailed me another copy within 5 minutes. excellent service,. I'm sure I'll call them next time 1st, even they are 4500kms away from my location!!!

Sent the wrong part even though I was very specific. Part that was sent was broken. It was a wing mirror that couldn’t adjust and had replacement glass glued over the top. When trying to chase them up over this they kept taking my number and not returning my calls.

This used to be an amazing place to get spare parts. There was a group of young guys that ran it and the prices were good and the parts plentiful. Now they expect you to crawl all over the cars to find the part then sting you full retail price at the last minute once you've done all the work for the part. I will never go near this place again. Major RIp Off Guy running it. Totally untrustworthy

My friends & family have been coming here for years to source spare parts but today was first time I had to return a part that was faulty & was requesting a refund because we purchased a brand new part elsewhere. John was extremely helpful. He asked a few questions about the part, he never came across rude or mean. he was very friendly & processed the refund without hesitation. He didn’t even ask to see my receipt, he just asked me how much I was charged & refunded the amount I told him which was $140. Will continue to be my #1 wrecker of choice. Thanks John!

Beware the one appalling service guy that Everybody else apologises for. Well known for his disrespectful attitude, especially toward women. Would be a sweet wreckers if he wasn't on the counter. Easier to go elsewhere. Apologies to the awesome other guys that work here.

Has a wide variety of cars and I was able to source a part for my 20+ year old car.Called up, was quoted a price, and told I could come have a look before buying.The parts are typically still inside the vehicle so an employee rides around in a car carrying tools and take the parts out of the vehicle using their tools.The car I found was sitting on top of another car, and the employee climbed up into it to take parts out for me.It was very affordable, $70 for an instrument cluster that still had to be taken out of the car. I was quoted $130 at a wrecker across Brisbane for the same thing.Highly recommend A1 Global Auto Parts.
