Where do I even begin! This entire team are so incredible and we will be forever grateful for them taking such amazing care of our Maxie. Max was taken in Tuesday at 9am and within minutes I was made aware that he may be in a very serious position with his bladder. FLUTD is something I’d never heard of, and left with more than enough information to ensure I know how to look after our cat (and any future cats we may have). Dr Sarah was so kind and patient and calmly spoke me through the treatment plan for Max, and I was constantly given updates on his progress. The nurses, vets and reception staff were nothing short of impeccable with their level of care, communication and compassion. The moment I stepped into the clinic I could feel and knew that Max would be in the best care, and indeed he was with a great recovery and able to come home a few days later. The entire teams level of knowledge and ability to help explain each step of his recovery was amazing, and we appreciated that everyone at the clinic fell just as in love with our sweet boy as we are at home. So from our hearts we cannot thank everyone at Racecourse Road Vet Clinic for their truly incredible service, support and care. If Google would let me I would give you 100 stars! Hanna was lovely and put my cat at ease when she's normally anxious around new people. She gave me great advice on putting the cat on diet and genuinely cared for my cat.

Edit: seems I accidentally left a 4 star review a few weeks ago. I haven't been to the vet recently so I'm not sure how my butter fingers managed that, but since I've left it I might as well make it accurate.Service here is great, staff are really friendly, prices are reasonable. Highly recommend.

This is the BEST Veterinary clinic ever! Everyone from the lovely reception staff to the Vets are so kind and empathetic. I have taken my Sammy a few times after he has been involved in fights with other cats, and they always manage to squeeze me in last minute.I have seen all the Vets so far, and they are so generous with their time, kind to Sammy, and genuinely wonderful people.Dr. Sarah Shannon who I saw tonight was just lovely, and was really thorough, and clearly explained to me what she was doing, and how I need to administer the medication she gave me.I have taken all my pets here, and will continue to do so!☺️

Our family have been coming here for 15 years, the staff here are all lovely and very caring, we have 3 dogs and I wouldn’t take them anywhere else, they have always been thorough and caring with our dogs. Thank you

The most caring staff I've ever met. They all love my Mr Max and are instrumental in keeping him ticking along (he's 17 and still going strong). Best vet clinic in Pakenham by far.
