Sam & Troy,Made our stay great with a Lovely Refurbished 2 bedroom Apartment, elegant decor, Kitchen well equipped, comfortable beds and generous ensuite with A Bath .Service was most efficient with very Friendly and Happy Staff. The position is great , in walking distance to shops and eateries.Sam & Troy are Wonderful Hosts and Thank you soo much for making our visit a Happy and Very Comfortable one !

You won’t find a better place to stay in Armidale, very clean comfortable room and very friendly hosts - Paul & Sam, they certainly go out of there way to assist. The location is perfect as you can walk to restaurants, shops and beautiful parks. Estelle Kramer Motor Inn will always be my choice in Armidale 5*

Lovely little motel that’s really close to everything you need for your stay in Armidale. The owners are super friendly too. Big rooms that have a lot of furnitures that make you feel relaxed and can recuperate. Big plus that the bathrooms have both a shower and a bath tub! Highly recommend!

One of the better motels we've stayed in! Right next to Red rooster and a couple other handy food places. Room were nice and clean and the beds were warm!

Excellent place to stay. Modern, clean, spacious and the quietest place I have stayed in Armidale in regards to traffic noise. Sam was great at check in. Gorgeous bath in room. Parking assigned to each room was a bonus. Great location close to everything and felt safe. Will be staying here for our future trips to Armidale.

Best motel I think we’ve ever stayed in. We got one of the newly renovated rooms (deluxe queen). Aircon was silent and cooled well, water pressure / shower was nice and strong, all the amenities you could image are present in your room (from toaster to microwave) and the host Samantha was the kindest person. Restaurants and coffeeshops are all walking distance from this place. 100% recommended for those just like us finishing up the waterfall route.
