Can you fix your air pump? Its broken for months and nobody cares? Also it cause injuries if we try to fill tyres because of leaver broken

Their air hose has massive hole in it, deflated my mbike tyre and had to get my wife to bring tyre pump from home to safely ride home. I warned the attendant but he still hasn't put an out of order sign on pump. Unacceptable

I have been to store around 11.50am on 19 November. I have purchased fuel from there, the middle aged lady at counter is very rude, she didn’t even say thanks at last, and greeting are too far away things. Very disappointed behaviour never feel to come back there. I hope my review will help to provide a good customer service..!

Today, Sunday 11/07/21 my husband went to buy 3 coffees as he did the day before, 2 of the coffees are lactose free, the service attendant said there was no lactose free milk. My husband said to him it is right in front of you"! The same milk used yesterday when my husband bought coffees. The service attendant would not comply with my husband's request

The service attendant denied myself entry at 10:20pm, I ensured him I’m allowed to enter as I always do the same time each week.. to pick up a red bull. He denied entry saying lock door…I know for a fact lock door policy is 10-5am yes, but between 10-12am I’m allowed to enter and the doors must be manually opened and closed behind me entering / exiting. As I myself was a console operator for Ampol.Turned me away, fix this problem. Teach ur staff.

The stored in Kingsford NSW is closed much earlier than it says in their website. The guy simply doesn't want to even talk to me over the glass. Terrible service!!

Staff Are so friendly and polite, and curtious, always enjoy getting my coffee there,when I'm in the area.

Air pump was brokenVery rude staff ,not helpful and not understanding at all - did not have the mindset of supporting their customers.Paid $10 for fuel at the night counter but when I went to fill up fuel, the gauge on my dash didn't move at all from one line to another! No fuel came out of the hose - when I went to explain the situation to the guy at the counter he said that my gauge was broken and that I didn't fill up on enough, even though my car is a 2016 car and doesn't have a broken gauge. Not impressed at all. After me was another angry customer complaining about some charge as well. Riduculous service. Also in a very difficult location.

It says they are open 24 hours, but the guy closed the door and said it's closed. No service from 11pm. That sounds like he doesn't want to be bothered by serving its clients.

It's a gas station with bad-natured night workers who don't accept customers.
