Impolite staffOk.I will explain why I have a bad experience here.First of all, thanks for your free nut and the staff who served me today and 13 Sep. They are really good and very nice.The reason I felt unhappy was I had already apologize to the technician after beeping horn. However, he didn't stop reprimand me. Ok, I knew I may scared someone who in the shop, that's my fault indeed, so I apologize to him. But is it necessary to keep reprimand me after?

Honestly not all that impressed, I booked here as I had been before for a wheel alignment which was good.However my second experience was not so professional, I had booked to have some rims switched on my car. Buying some second hand rims which matched the size rims that were currently on my car.After switching the rims to the exisiting tyres and fitting them on my car I was told the fitment wasn't good, that the fitment on the hub was very tight and that my wheel could fall off and to watch out for a rattle when driving home. I asked for a solution and told there was none.I drove home very anxiously and called a Bob Jane for a second opinion, and thus took my car in and they've subsequently told me the rims I have bought do not fit correctly and that the inner of the wheels needs to be machined to fit safely and re-fitted my old rims, telling me clearly that it was not safe for me to drive with the rims I bought fitting incorrectly.I honestly wish Feature Tyres had simply told me not to run with the new rims and put back my existing rims rather than send me off with rims that they stated could 'fall off' while driving home. Not a nice way to leave a workshop to be honest.Nice guys, apart from the sweaty tyre handler who didn't put a cover on my seat reversing it out and covered my seat with his sweat for me to endure on the ride home, disgusting, thanks.Honestly not impressed, I accept my fault for supplying rim that do not work, but would have appreciated to be told that the rims don't fit well and it's not wise to drive with before they were fitted and payment taken, I would have been happier to return to the originals and leave safely.I won't be going back here.

Great service and staff... Was in and out with a new tyre fitted and a tyre repair for a lot less than the 2 previous phone calls I made elsewhere.Have gone back since a staff as friendly and helpful as previous time.

Great Promo prices, Rang up from Victor harbor and headed straight up to them within 5 minutes my car was in and getting all 4 tyres changed. even called me straight over about some damage on my rim causing a leak, and had great patience when I asked him to sort it out with what ever gets it done(took 2 more re-fittings but sorted it out) replaced all valves and balanced for only 86 a tyre and stuck to it.

Very cheap place to get my tyres fitted (purchased online), very quick and helpful. Also fixed a dented rim for free! Also shops nearby which is handy to pass the time while they were fitted.

I don't know if it's just a language barrier issue or a cultural issue or whether these guys are just simply rude and obnoxious people. I notice they advertise their tyres heavily on Gumtree and in their adds they also sell car batteries. So I sent them a message inquiring about the price range of car batteries. They flat out refused to give me a price range and insisted that I must first tell them the exact specifications of my car and then they would tell me how much a battery for that car would cost. I told them that I am just wanting to get an idea of price ranges first. They still refused and this is what they said:Why I would quote on a battery that cannot fit in your car? Sorry I cannot give you a right quote unless you provide the car make

Excellent service cheaper than other stores service was quick fitted all four barand new tyres polite I will be repeat customer

They changed my tryes but in the process they stuffed the breaks up leaking fluid was fine when I took it in. When I rang them they laughed and denied everything

Great service and affordable price. I was in an emergency, my tyre was very bad, but they have been able to find a suitable one and replace it straightaway, even on a short notice. Very appreciated!
