I attended a choux pastry class and it was really fun and informative. Faustyne was a patient and generous teacher and I learned a lot.

I attended the millefeuille class and was also lucky enough to be able to eat the results of the choux pastry course that my wife attended.I love to learn and love to cook and these classes are amazing for both. It is such a great way to spend an afternoon learning in such a supportive environment. Everyone goes home with new skills and something delicious to eat. I can highly recommend these courses. Well worth the money. I'll jump on the chance to attend more courses in the future.

We attended the vanilla millefeuille and puff pastry course and really enjoyed our afternoon of learning. Faustyne is a knowledgeable and supportive instructor, ensuring that everyone had something delicious to take home with them at the end of the session. The portions were generous and so yummy. I highly recommend and have signed up for another class! Faustyne, thank you for a wonderful way to spend an afternoon.
