Black Rock Gardens Mens Toilet
This toilet block looks like it hasn't been upgraded since the 1920s. Would it be too much to add a button to flush the urinals instead of having them reak constantly and expecting the rain to fall from the skies to wash them occasionally? Given the constant council rate rises each year you'd think a simple button to flush the urinals wouldn't be too much to ask. One wonders where all that council money goes
