APOLOGIES to ALL ERS staff i looked in the eye when as an ERS Ops manager i said ERS will treat you with the respect you deserve, at the time I thought that was true. Clearly it isn't looking at the HUGE staff turnover including family + friends I encouraged to work for ERS who have had to leave ERS due to poor treatment but at least now you have found better companies to work for . Very sad to hear the lack of integrity + respect ERS now has and the appalling way they treat some of their staff . 1 x city building contract alone losing 11 staff in a matter of the last few weeks says it all . ERS does have great clients , its just a shame the clients treat ERS staff better than ERS management + HR do. Some staff having to wait many weeks for their leave entitlements to be paid out and only when Fairwork is mentioned the payments appear . Sad to hear the many stories of disappointment from staff who have left or are leaving . Again I am sorry that I filled you with false hope , all the best to you all.
