Cropley House

We had our wedding reception a few weeks ago and I cannot rate Cropley House highly enough. They were absolutely incredible. Keziah was amazing to work with, so kind, calm and always made sure I was happy from the first moment we met. Communication was always swift and clear. Chris and Jaz were absolutely amazing through the wedding week - I cannot thank them enough. They looked after us so well.The reception looked amazing!! I could not believe how beautiful it looked. The food was outstanding - every guest had so many fantastic comments to say about how delicious the food was. The staff were so amazing and kind, very helpful in making the night go so well. All of our guests were so impressed with Cropley House - for its incredible venue, delicious food and amazing staff. I did not have one regret. It was one of the best days of our lives and Cropley House were an integral part of it. I would highly recommend Cropley House, for your next function.

Cropley House venue was a perfect place to celebrate our Wedding.Our guests’ feedback regarding the food was great and all were delicious from the canapes, entrée to mains and desserts. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. They all made sure that all our guests were looked after.The venue was perfect for our wedding ceremony at View Room 1 and reception at Elizabeth room. Big thanks to Keziah the Events Executive who helped us coordinate with all the things needed from day one till our special day and sudden changes was accepted without any hesitations and communications was easy. Most of what has been discussed and written on the order of the day was followed thru.Overall, it was a perfect day, and our wedding was memorable for our guests here locally and overseas. Very happy with the outcome and we would recommend Cropley House

We had our wedding at Cropley House and it went very smoothly. The staff were great! Food was great! Olivia, the event coordinator, was so lovely and on top of things. The set up for our reception was executed really well. Very happy we chose Cropley House for our big day.

Gorgeous event venue with amazing, accommodating staff. Visited to look at it as a potential wedding venue and fell in love with the space. Beautiful manicured garden with a stately facade.

We ended up having a great wedding day at Cropley House venue!There were hiccups in the lead up regarding planning, as our venue coordinator resigned without letting us know, due to personal circumstances. However after speaking with the new coordinator and management and advocating for ourselves, the team at Cropley House were very apologetic and remediated us accordingly. This showed that the whole team really does care about the couples they work with, and we believe other couples should have a great experience with them. Thank you to Keziah, Therese and Jacqueline for your high level customer service. You were calm, patient, professional and empathetic. Despite the hiccups, we are grateful we were able to get married at Cropley House!The venue grounds are beautiful (we got married at the gazebo for an outdoor ceremony), and the interior of the Elizabeth Room got many compliments from our guests - it felt very intimate and elegant. Our guests also enjoyed the food - we chose the chicken and lamb as main courses.Our package came with the complimentary DJ/MC from Musiq Entertainment, and we would recommend our DJ/MC Gustavo as he was great with the crowd. Everything is a mess. Whatever discussed requirement( equipment,seats arrangement, meal serving timing) with the organizer Olympia, she wont deliver the job on that exact day and surprise you with chaos.For example, no indication for guests know where is our venue room.the equipment doesn’t work or missing, tables are not enough,doest provide child seats which we discussed earlier,each table seats are not correct,guest place cards at the wrong table,dessert and tea serving after the guests are gone.Highly recommended to people who want awkward surprises on the spot. Whatever you discuss with them are completely waste of time.Worst experience ever, thanks for ruining my event.

If you need to hold a wedding reception on a Saturday and could not find another place this will be a good choice. There is ample parking available which is also a plus. However during Covid-19 pandemic putting 130 people in a small hall without proper distancing and space was bad. The main course fish and beef were overcooked. The acoustic was bad and the speaker quality was very average.

Highly recommend this one. We had an absolute blast at our wedding party 25th nov: tab 5 here. Service staff, entertainment, photography and MC for us, you guys make my coz’s wedding day magical and loving. From the photographer pinning my daughters dress together due to losing a button on her dress. The entertainment was amazing. So thank you.

Beautiful surroundings, romantic ambience. Great food and service was amazing! It was a great experience to be part of a friend's wedding here. The staff made the evening run smoothly. Would recommend this to anyone who wishes to have their wedding here. However, beware if there is another wedding on the 2nd floor, I hope they're not blasting music and stomping while the speeches are being made by the bridal party. Make sure you check this, else it might ruin the video about your special day/evening.

I had my daughter's first birthday at this venue and it was an extremely unpleasant experience due to the staff at this venue. We requested for alcohol and on the day they didn't have it, and weren't able to organise themselves to provide it. The wait staff looked as though they were in hell and didn't smile. We had external catering and the wait staff and event coordinator didn't communicate effectively with the caters. Overall it was a waster of our money. What was meant to be a special day for our family was ruined by the staff here. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Their food is sub par also. Don't be fooled by the current 4.3 rating!
