Terrible TERRIBLE service! We walked in and waited our turn, already had our earrings picked out for our daughter and another customer walks in, rude like she owned the shop and asked to pick out and view earrings & hold up and on her ear! We walked out and took our money else where after standing around for 15 minutes while she acted like a princess! Staff you need to look around and see or at least ASK who was next! You lost a sale today.Thank you SHEILS for your amazing customer service today!

Went in today with my daughter and was served by Theresa she made my daughters day, we had been to 2 other stores in the centre and the service was terrible, went to Goldmark and couldn’t fault the service, another lady, Abbey, wrote her sizing down while Theresa helped pick some pieces out. Thanks again for your wonderful service

Wouldn't give this company a 1. My grandmother took her platinum ring with three set diamonds to be resized some years ago. They took the stamped platinum ring and replaced it with sterling silver. Ring was valued years prior with another jeweller. You think they fixed it? No. Now my expense to buy a new platinum ring to take it back to its former glory.

Love love LOVE this place. A guy helped me, on the 04/06/19 (he deserves recognition), to pick a new pair of studs as I had lost my favourite pair that day, he was so helpful, very friendly and a good conversationist. Also ended up buying a necklace too as the prices are fantastic, especially on sale!
