Great staff and even better meat, all you could want from sausages to top grade wagu. An amazing range of smoking meats and smoking products and the knowledge to go with it. if you get a chance to drop in make sure you do im glad i did!!

This is my go-to butcher as they're always welcoming, friendly and willing to help with what meat you're after. They always brighten my day and put a smile on my face. Most importantly, the meat here is just divine :) fresh, lean cuts that are delicious and reasonably priced. I also get my eggs from here too as they're free range and organic and taste amazing! I highly recommend this butcher :) Well done guys!

Absolutely love this place. Definitely my go to butcher. They are extremely friendly, helpful. They took the time to speak to me recommend the different rubs to use for meats. They meats are the best quality I've been able to find. Will be back again and again. Thanks guys!

On a recommendation by our mate Tyrone, my partner came up here a few weeks ago and purchased a variety of meats.Perfect for the smoker, they all tasted wonderful - minus the sausages I never got to try :(Today I joined my partner for a trip up here and wasn't disappointed.The boys were welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly. Jacob served us very well and gave us some tips on how to cook certain meats we hadn't attempted on the smoker yet.Cant wait to try the sausages.Quality meats worth driving 40minutes for.

This shop is lovely. The meat quality is great and the chicken and garlic butter snags are divine. Also, the shop works with a local charity to help out people who are struggling.Pretty much sums up everything I like about the mountains in a nutshell. Give ‘em some love.
