Absolutely Disappointed in the customer service today at MT Hutton.Ordered and paid a deposit for a phone cover . Went to pick it several days later ..The lady had the receipt in front of her, but still couldn't figure out what phone cover was ordered. In the end tries and tells me the phone cover is one of the other phone covers ..You pay to order a cover you like or that fits your phone.. Not to have someone else just sell you anything behind the counter they would like.Asked for a refund and refused as they do not refunds .But happy to take a deposit.Absolutely Disappointed.People pay a deposit out of good faith to receive the merchandise they ordered. Not to be ripped off.Would not recommend this business.Money should be refunded if your the order is not delivered.
