Chris at the whetherill Park store was a champion to deal with. Just needed an alternative to Bunnings off the shelf garage floor coating and Chris went through in detail the options, how to use them, tools required and even left hand written instructions! The tinted epoxy kit turned out great... thank you!

Parchem recommended Paul from King-Crete to help with some shoddy concrete work another contractor left me with.They were interested to understand why I was purchasing the products and once they saw the rectifying DIY job I was trying to undertake gave me a good recommendation to use a trusted professional.Most people would've just taken my money but thanks to the professional and caring service at Parchem I now have the backyard my wife and I dreamed off when we began our renovations.
