Hey hey, I’ve been a client to support works most of life and I have recent had the chance to be introduced to coastal aged and disability care this team has been amazing within supporting myself achieve my personal goals within reason, and the attitude dealt towards myself has been incredible, I definitely recommend coastalCare if your looking for a dedicated and trustworthy team, from my point of view I feel like Kylies team would be a good example for other support units , thanking everyone who’s involved✨,

Kylie, Jayne and the entire team have consistently made me extremely grateful for the support they have provided through such a difficult situation.Both the administrative and management side of things has been clearly communicated to me throughout and Kylie has always been there to answer an SMS or email when I had any questions really quickly.The ladies that have been caring for my disabled mother have blown me away with the passion they have for what they do. Everytime I chat to them I feel an overwhelming sense of support, warmth and safety that they are providing to my mother.Management has constantly gone over and above to ensure a smooth transition into this new phase of my mothers life and been incredibly accommodating to changing circumstances and difficult situations that have popped up out of the blue.Thank you all so much for giving my mother the best quality of life she can hope to lead all the while being easy to interact and work with. Looking forward to many more years working with this team. Highly recommend to anyone needing these services!
