Karat Nails and Beauty

I went in as a walk in yesterday and while the technician working on my nails did a great job filing them I’m disappointed with how the polish was applied. There are really obvious ridges where the first coat was missed and a few bubbles in the polish. I wish this was something I had noticed while I was in the salon but if I’m being honest the whole experience felt rushed and like I was a bit of an inconvenience. If they were too busy I wish they would have just told me.

The ladies were super friendly and inviting! They gave me suggestions within my price budget for my nails and even went over closing time to make sure I was happy with the finished product. I had a wonderful conversation with all of them! 10/10 I would absolutely go there again!

such lovely staff and amazing work! i requested a specific nail tech and they were more than happy to let me wait for her. my nails turned out perfect and they didnt damage my real nails removing my old acrylics

I have never had such a good experience with a nail salon ever! The women are all beautiful, they take care of you and are exceptional talented with their nail skills! Highly recommend. Shout out to Kristy and Michelle.

I never write reviews but this place was so bad that I had to… I really wish I could give it 0 star… it was the worst nail experience ever.Four people worked on my nails and only one was good and patient. The other one was so rough and cut me with the machine and almost broke my nails when shaping it. The last person who did my nails also did a poor job and painted it unevenly.Also, if you are in a hurry to close the store then don’t take customers. I wish I didn’t step in this store today… my nails would have been better off without it.

My first experience and it was horrible - didn’t check for water temperature in the foot spa and got me soaking in icy water. The first lady that worked on my hand was too busy talking and clipped skin off my ring finger. The other lady that worked on my feet was more attentive, refilled the tub with warm water and completed the treatment. No customer care for injury, approach at your own risk.

I was a regular customer and quite happy with their service, eventhought highly overpriced. For acrylic nails with design and pedicure I paid $169. Today, I had done pedicure, the girl cut my skin so badly and didn’t even apologise. Then, I was sit at a desk, waiting, waiting, they were taking another customers, arrogant and rude when I asked why it’s that. So I paid $45 for the pedicure and left. The girls definitely need to learn customer service skills.

Came here last week to get my nails done SNS. Half of them randomly broke over the weekend, only 3 days later.I went back in and explained and the staff were all so lovely and fixed them for me with no issues.I am really happy with the service here and I will continue to keep coming. It's close to my work and I come on my lunch break, they are fast and efficient! Thank you ❤️

Very disappointed in this nail salon. My nails are so thick and all different shapes. The customer service was also horrible as I think it’s very unprofessional to switch nail techs in the middle of a service. I had to reexplain what I wanted to someone else. They also only accept cash but they won’t tell you before you sit in the chair. When I went to pay I told them I didn’t have cash. They pointed me to an ATM which I then explained I don’t have a psychical card I only use my phone wallet. They said they would “allow” me to transfer the payment “but only for this time” as if I would even come back a second time. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.***You clearly are responding to the wrong customer as you can see I didn’t even get a French tip. Own up to your horrible service before responding to reviews incorrectly.
