Veales are the only blokes who still have knowledge. Delt with Josh today. Got everything I needed sorted and even after their system crashed and they had customers out the backside he still remembered to give me a call later to send a receipt for my purchases by email!. Thanks guys. Always great service and knowledge on other times aswell.

My mechanic ordered parts for my Nissan Qashqai and the uneducated staff supplied all the wrong parts. Wrong size air filter, despite sending the old one, wrong size spark plugs. This has caused my mechanic to pause his job and drive to Malaga to get the right parts. This will set the mechanic an hour behind. Fortunately I was waiting for my vehicle and witnessed this. I advise management to look into their staff's competence and provide more training or dismiss these staff if they are going to tarnish the image of the company.

Won't be returning ever again. Would rather drive to Redcliffe store. Been here 3 times and found the guy behind the counter very blunt to customers and other staff.

1 star is too much for their bad customer service. If you really don't want to acknowledge your customers when they walk in, just so you can finish off your conversation AND to be full of attitude when the general public call in to enquire about your products SHUT YOUR DOORS THEN. I am writing this review while I wait for some level of customer service in store, but I guess I'll be here for a while. Ridiculous.
