Same as a previous review and very concerning that their pricing practiceseems to be a common occurence **Go elsewhere if you don't want to be ripped off**Left car to await for a quote on the works. Followed them up several times, multiple requests for quotes and stressed that a quote needed to be provided.Unfortunately, requests were ignored, no quote was provided and we were contacted to say that the work had been completed.Invoice was eye watering and then they claimed that they felt it needed to be a 'rush job' because we had been in contact with them so many times (important to note here that they wouldn't acknowledge that our repeated contact was to get a quote on the works).Were in an awkward position whereby we had an invoice that far exceeded our expectations and ability to cover, coupled with a very disrespectful attitude and extreme lack of customer service.Even though they were recommended and have operate for (I believe) while, would never ever use again. The customer always has a right to know what works will cost and whether they're prepared to pay it BEFORE they are completed. Kent's don't seem to respect this at all, and they just bully customers into abiding by rules.

Not Happy after 2 months of chasing a Quotation on a power steering ram to suit an xw and constantly chasing a quote called at least 6 times , then to recieve a call a couple of days later after me calling them for a follow up on quote .They ring me to say my unit is ready for pick up at a ridiculous insane price...What a joke and a rip off....!!!I strongly advise on signing a quote prior to any works being carried out. As this has happened before as explained to me by management...

i should have taken the advice of the other two people who gave this place a bad review... seriously don't leave them any parts or your car WITHOUT them putting in writing what it will cost to quote ... let alone do the job... trust me go somewhere else ...

Waited quite a long time to receive parts back, which I don't mind if a good job has been done. Horrible job recondition my parts, I've never seen paint flake so easily clearly had zero prep work done. They reused boots which could have been so easily replaced. Was ridiculously expensive I feel absolutely ripped off. Do not take your parts here, especially classic parts. I never rushed them at any point, for the price paid you would expect an excellent job (even then would still be expensive).
