Kids Club Child Care Macquarie Park Centre

I've sent my babygirl since she is 1.5years old. The centre is quite big and clean, has very nice and huge playground. Educators are passionate and taking care of kids with warm heart. It will be missed a lot when my kid goes to big school.

Nice looking place. Nice app.Continuous foot and mouth, our child had 3 rounds in 3 months and lost half her weight.Poor care for our child. Once picked up my 1 year old with a 39 degrees fever. She was very weak and no one had thought to check her temp.Our child has been at a different childcare and has blossomed in the past year. No more coming home with puffy eyes from crying all day. I witnessed multiple children crying walking around without being comforted. My heart broke because I knew that the same thing was happening to mine when I wasn’t around around . On 2 occasions I had to ask the educator to please comfort a crying child. Witnessed a child hitting other one year olds. Told the educator and it was shrugged off. Taking my child here is one of my biggest regrets.

As a 1st time parent, the idea of sending your child to childcare can be daunting. You're not sure what to expect, you question if the same level of care and respect will be shown to your child especially when they are not with you 24/7 and other normal parental worries.However, since day 1 sending my son @kidsclubmacquariepark, I have not had one regret. My son has been looked after since day 1, from all educators, the chef and all the way to management (Parmoon & Lulu-Anne). My son attends RF1 currently - His transition starting childcare was with ease, his environment continues to be engaging, nurturing and fulfilling - He is well fed with balanced meals but more importantly the centre and chef are more than happy to accommodate a specific diet or requirement for the children.My son is comfortable and cared for and that is evident form the time he is dropped off to the time I pick him up - He goes with a smile and comes home with a smile.5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to the management and team at Macquarie Park Kids Club

It's been a year I have been working with kids club, doing a lead role in outback2. I just can't talk enough about the place, starting from the office team, centre director Lulu(one of the the most amazing human being and best leader i know and her ability to boost morale in the times when i have been down is just commendable).We as educators are all very responsive and are working closely with families to cater the individual needs of a child as much as a group development.I would like to thankyou Lulu for going extra miles to keep my spirit high.

I wanted to highly recommend kids club Macquarie centre to any family. Our 2 kids went there for couple of years since their 6 months old to 5 years old. All the staff are really qualified and involved with kids and parents. Fantastic feedback given every day through the app about the kids learn, eat, activities etc. Very accomodating with days too. Our kids still talk about Miss Bambie, Miss Parmoon, Miss delicia, Miss Adele and Miss Jia yi.

My kids loved the services they received at Kids Club Macquarie Park. I was very pleased with educators at outback 1&2 . Miss Bambi is amazing , energetic and fabulous educator with pre- schoolers.Love you all!

My son started kids club when he was 2 and half years old and graduated from it last year with a lot of awesome days. we would like to thank Preschool teachers as they are wonderful. Especially Mrs. Bambi made these rooms to the next level with her love and passion towards the kids. She made a lot of learning opportunities for kids with her creativity and commitment to her job.Thanks Mrs Bambi, thanks All

Just like many other mums, I have been stressed about my kids starting care , I have had not so great experience at another place. Finding Kids Club Macquarie has been the best thing. My only regret is I didn’t find them sooner. The team is so considerate about our kids’ needs. And so understanding and helpful. They have given me a great peace of mind in leaving my kids in their care. Their professionalism is incredible. My kids have grown so much, and the support provided to the kids and family by the team is commendable. I really do wish I had found them even sooner.

We had to say goodbye to kids club as my son has started kindergarten this year. I want to say a big thank you to all staff members for their hard work and their supports during these 3 years. I would like to say a special big thanks to Ms Bambi.Ms Bambi loves her job and besides her good knowledge she has a great relationship with kids and their parents.My son already missed her so much and we watch her YouTube channel almost every day after school.Thank you Ms Bambi for all your love and passion in this wonderful journey. Working at Kids Club Macquarie Park provides such an amazing experience and each day gives an opportunity to learn something new.The Centre Management is really professional and strives to provide proper structure and organisation that the parents are looking for their children. Our Centre Director Luluanne is an amazing person who goes above and beyond to make sure that a safe, rich and nurturing environment is provided for the kids as well as families. We as Educators create a warm, welcoming settings for children, and make an effort to engage kids and develop them in a very individualised way.Thanks Luluanne for inspiring us, listening to us and bringing out the best in us.
