Liked the serenity and calming atmosphere.Can have a stroll across the dam and feel the breeze. Be mindful of the steep bank.

Massive lake with a nice viewIt’s quite a walk from end to endBut at the other end there is the spillway where the overflow can pour outIt would be amazing to see when it happens

Very scenic spot nestled between the scenic backdrop of Wonderland and Mount William ranges. There is a nice walk along the bank of the reservoir. There are a few areas where you can swim but water can be pretty cold so appropriate clothing is necessary.There is a toilet block and observation tower which provides pretty nice view of the lake and surroundings. Please beware that it can get windy and cold very fast, so it is a good idea to carry warm cloths, no matter which month you are visiting it.Overall, it's nice scenic spot close to the Halls gap for a leisurely stroll. So if you are nearby, it's worth a visit.

Beautiful spot for photos.Can walk along the wall to the other side for different angles of scenery. Can go up the stairs and round the corner too.Small car park.Toilets.Seating.Wheelchair and pram accessible.

You can walk across the dam wall which is an easy walk on gravel with lovely views of the lake. Because you are in a valley the peaks are either side of you and are spectacular. There is a lookout shelter with average toilets underneath. You can also drive down a short road behind the dam wall where you find rosellas and kangaroos just about guaranteed.

Picturesque freshwater lake with the mountains as a backdrop. You can walk across the top of the apron/wall as far as the spillway. The water levels were fairly low when I visited and it was possible to see some turbulence in the water where I imagine the intake is.

A nice scenic spot, a pleasant, easy, 5km walk from Halls Gap along the road but far enough from the road to not be bothered by the trafgic. Though nothing compared to the high lying lookouts.
