Purchased a beautiful genuine pair of white and rose gold earrings and was extremely shocked and disappointed in the way they were presented to me after paying. Would have expected SOME wrapping, not just handed to me in a cheap pouch with the receipt.

Overall great experience. Angie was a pleasure; she had great knowledge of the timepieces in stock and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and satisfied with my decision. Thanks Again!

Worst customer service ever!!They do not honour warranties. I have bought Armani watch and it stopped working within warranty period. I had to go to consumer protection WA to resolve my issue.Think before you buy anything expensive from there.

Is there an option to give less than 1 star? Never in my life have I experienced such disgusting treatment from a retail manager - Tina. My partner called ahead to query a return on an item purchased the day prior after noticing some defects in the metal he wasn't satisfied with considering the price point of the item. He was advised to attend the store to discuss. I accompanied him as we had errands to run and the bitterness we were met with in the store was unfathomable.- The sales person discussed our pointed out flaw with Tina in earshot of us who rudely retorted there's nothing wrong with it

I had an interesting encounter with who I assume was the manager of the store.I was looking for a bracelet for a present, and spoke with a shop assistant who confirmed the price for a particular item was $165. When I returned half an hour later, I requested to purchase the item from a different person. She scanned the item through and said it was $179. I responded politely by mentioning that the price on the ticket said $165, whereupon I was told that it was incorrect. I then mentioned that the law is that they must sell an item at the displayed ticket price, whereupon I was told that I was wrong, and they could choose not to sell it at that price but rather take it off sale. I said I was pretty sure that the law said that they had to honour a displayed ticket price, however in the end I would pay the $179 to get it done.**At this point, the assistant said that she very brusquely that she would rather not sell it to me

I was buying a wedding anniversary pearl earring and necklace set. There was a choice of white or yellow gold setting. I didn't really have an idea so went with the yellow gold. Sonia who was serving me said if I needed to I could swap no problem. I felt much better knowing this....When I showed to daughter and son before giving to my wife they both commented, I should have gone with the white gold as Mum doesn't do yellow gold. Of course I was somewhat mortified by this.... anyway short story gave gift to wife next morning and could tell she wasn't 100%.So we both went back to shop and spoke with Sonia who, I have got to say was terrific. She picked up straight away that white gold was preference and offered to make the swap before I asked.So thank you Sonia for being true to your word and making the swap hassle free. I will definitely shop here again.

Really happy with the Joondalup store. I purchased a lovely bracelet a week prior, and unfortunately the clasp fell apart. I visited the store, and spoke to the original salesperson, who was very pleasant. I then spoke to the Manager, who was great, and got the clasp replaced on the spot. Thank you for a very pleasant interaction. I will be recommending your store to friends and family.

I am the PICKIEST shopper and these lovely ladies (Tina and Becky) made our engagement ring shopping experience a *dream* - no matter how many times I wanted to try on different rings, the girls were ready to cater to every whim, answer every question, and helped customise our order for the perfect ring for the rest of our lives together - I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Terrible customer service from the manager Tina.They are selling second quality Gucci watches under the premise that they are reduced due to the fact that they no longer have a contract with Gucci.After purchasing a watch, I noticed that the gold on the bracelet was tarnished and returned to the store. The manager was very rude and stated that she had given me a 40% discount and what did I expect..I will not be returning to this store. Beware.
