HORRIBLE EXPERIENCEI had a Groupon Voucher for $29 and went there to use it . they spent half an hour to wash and treatment my hair.again 30 minutes to dried them and then finally one lady start cutting my hairs , without even listen me that what cut i need .and surprisingly she finished my haircuts just in FIVE MINUTES .when i reach home i checked my hairs and it dosnt even look like i have a cut .They have no respect for groupon customers.

Love the girls that work here always do an amazing job, had a lady named Ashley do my hair with help from another girl Megan for the first time and I love the colour and style, I feel comfortable with all the girls there :) can’t wait for my son to be old enough to get his first hair cut from you guys xx

Horrible experience. They wouldn't honour Groupon voucher even though they were at fault. Owner Daphne said she wouldn't honour it even if she was at fault. Made all the way over there for nothing. Incompetence at its height.Response from seller outright lie. The reason we had to postpone the first time (and you know this) is because I had to go to the hospital. There was no second time. The person who agreed to your 'terms' even though they weren't on Groupon, was my sister who had not bought the voucher and didn't know what the package entailed. Moreover, the audacity you have to call me rude. Daphne was talking over me and was repeatedly being condescending. The other girl in the shop didn't know what to say from how poorly we were being spoken to. And I said I would leave a bad review did I? Another lie. Good luck to you.

My Husband got me a Groupon to have my Hair Keratin and colour, I was told first to Keratin and then colour, I made it very clear that I want it to stay the colour that it is, and the owner said yes not a problem. So we did the Keratin and my hair was very smooth and silky but it only lasted for 4 days??? and then I went the next week to get the colour and then I said this is wavy again, so the owner mentioned that this is a proton base treatment??? Now I have had Keratin many times before never had these issues?? So I should the girls that are colouring my hair the Colour that I agreed on when my treatment was started and made it VERY CLEAR I DO NOT WANT BROW OR any dark colour, ORANGE IS THE COLOUR, So they finish and my hair became cooper brown??? I mentioned to them that this is not the colour I wanted, they carried on arguing with me and telling me that they could not do that colour because of the Keratin, that is surprising the week before they could?? Sence that time I have been to 3 hairdressers and they are swearing that I did not get Keratin Done????? In Conclusion Groupon has not refunded my money based on this business False advertising.Don't Trust this business.

Terrible customer service with incorrect information provided about my 9 year old daughter’s hair who has been traumatised. Poor management, as they don’t have a robust recruitment process in hiring the right staff who are well informed about providing correct information to customers and not drawing conclusions based on assumptions. They are not medical professionals but hairdressers, and Sophia should have enough knowledge when dealing with children in public. Awful experience.

Bought a Groupon Voucher for $29 for cut, blow dry and treatment. The place isn’t kept clean. There was hair stuck under the dressing desk in front of me.I have thin middle length hair. I was charged $20 extra for the length of my hair and I only got a trim. Once I left and checked the voucher again I noticed that i didn’t get a treatment!Blow dry is below average like I’ve done it at home quickly! Still had freeze around the part of my hair. For the price of $29 it’s an ok price for a quick wash and blow-dry but not worth $49!

Thank you Hair by Gloss for the amaxing salon experience! I had Ashleigh do my hair, and she totally exceeded my expectations. She was knowledgable, warm and friendly, and achieved exactly what i wanted without any damage. Absolute hair wizard!! Very highly recommend this salon, and will definitely be back.

I had a Groupon voucher for $99 for keratin treatment and had a really really good experience here today, Sunny was very gentle with my hair and did an excellent job! She was also very sweet and the other girl (I didn't get her name) was also very informative and kind. Definitely coming back here for more keratins! Very sweet and lovely girls!

Always great service. I absolutely love the style and cut I got today. Sunny took a lot of effort to get it perfect. Absolutely recommend hair by coco.
