Jarrad was so courteous and professional from the very first phone call.He assisted with a full bathroom renovation and spoke to my understanding and explained everything clearly and honestly.He was on time and so thorough with his work. The whole time he checked in and was flexible with working around other trades and made what could have been stressful a very easy and relaxed experience.Could not recommend him enough!

We had Jarred out to connect an assortment of old rainwater tanks & fit a pump so that they’re actually usable for our property. As well as resolve an overflowing gutter issue from small down pipes & strange set ups. Jarrad was patient & courteous in his consultations. Came up with a suitable & logical plan for us & set it all up with no fuss. He cleaned up after himself, patiently answered a million questions from our kids who were following him around fascinated. We even got the opportunity to have his darling dog visit. Jarrad kindly answered my somewhat silly questions when it was all done & I was working it all out. Overall a lovely bloke who does great work.

Gas oven installed. I messaged cole plumbing on fb while doing a search for a gasfitter. We had a new oven to install and old one needed to be removed. Cole responded right away and I was able to explain the job. I got a ballpark quote and a timeframe for the work to be completed. Cole arrived on the day early with a friendly smile and great attitude. We were able to remove the old unit without issue and he was able to install the new one. He was also able to rectify some existing issues with the gas line and fitted the unit to compliance. What an outstanding service and true professional! The bonus is we got to pet his sidekick doggy and that made my partner super happy. Highly recommend and will be using his services for any gas and plumbing related services in the future.

When getting our new spa we needed the gas heater connected and commissioned. Jarrad was prompt, did a very professional job and put in extra effort to get finished the same day even after finding we had a gas leak which made the job a lot longer as existing pipework required replacing.I would definitely use Cole Plumbing again and would highly recommend Jarrad.

Jarrad provided exemplary service when our hot water system died… his service was prompt and professional, his manner was courteous, his workmanship was second to none and his price was highly competitive, he even provided us with a temporary hot water unit to get us through until our new hot water system was installed.
