If zero Stars was a option I would choose it, typical company looking to take your $$$ but can stand by their own products when something is faulty. HIGHLY recommend shopping elsewhere

Had been searching for rugs for weeks. Cyrus was suggested so I popped in not expecting anything much. Was delighted to walk out 1/2hr later after having purchased EXACTLY what I wanted at great prices. I love my new rugs and the service was exemplary. Thank you James!

Today I went to change a rug I bought two days ago. The worker asked me for a vaccination certificate. I told her that I was waiting for the second dose. I was Talking to her respectfully. She was screaming loudly and saying that she would call the police, Take the carpet and put it outside the shop

Full of different variety of Carpets/Rugs. Affordable and economical prices to high end all under one roof. Really liked the variety and how they displayed it. Commendable. Lady who served us was helping and kind.

Monique is the most dedicated and kindest salesperson I have ever met in any retail store. She truly is an asset at Cyrus Rugs and I hope that the owners/managers of the store are aware of this and value her customer service and care. Her efficiency, problem solving and genuine care shine in purchasing rugs and she went to an unexpected extra effort to help me with transportation of the rugs. BUYERS BEWARE - Do not waste your money here! We bought a rug from their Mt Gravatt store (paid over $200) and within weeks it appeared 6 years old! Clearly terrible quality that they imported cheaply from China. When I took the rug back to complain I was told we must have damaged it ourselves by spilling liquid on it. WTAF???? No liquid ever touched that rug so this was just a great excuse to get out of replacing/refunding it. Please don't make the same mistake we did. Shop somewhere else for guaranteed quality and actual customer service.Dear Cyrus Rugs, your reply below insinuates the rug was dirty, which you know it wasn't. The issue was with the cheap rug fibres. If you spent less time formulating deceptive replies to bad reviews you might have more time to source quality rugs. I wont be removing this review as I would like to warn others how dodgy your business is. Thanks.

Monique was such a great support for us deciding on the perfect rug for our new clinic. She helped us problem solve sizing, colours and patterns and nothing was too much trouble.

Had a great shopping experience today. We were served by Monique. She spent time showing us quite a few rugs, before we finally settled on buying one which went with our home decor. She was friendly and knowledgeable about a variety of products. Great service. We will be back for sure.
