Dreadful. Took time to get measured, advised it was a time sensitive job. No problem. Not once did Tania ever return calls,or had any intention of doing the job. Called, emailed, texted ... a waste of time! If your time sensitive, like a wedding - run a mile!

My wedding dress was made by Tania, terrible communication and then when dress was picked up it was not pressed it had dirty fingerprints on it and the train was sewn so badly that the hem was showing on the outside. The button which was to be covered in fabric were half done shiny and half done with the dull side of the fabric. I had to have the dress re-done by another dressmaker, who was able to do it thankfully in time for the wedding.

Tania altered 3 items for me - a blazer jacket & pants (satin polyester), pants (of sentimental value) and a formal dress (of sentimental value). The alterations were done well. Clearer communication of times (how long it would take and what not) would have been appreciated, even though I wasn’t in a rush (no upcoming events) I was still excited to get my clothes back. I believe Tania specialises in bridal clothing and it makes sense that she was probably busy working on wedding dresses - (something she did mention).
