Absolutely terribleDidn’t listen to me, I asked for ballerina shape (coffin everywhere else) she did square and then said my nails were too short. That means she did them wrong as I know they weren’t too short for that shape. So rude talking about me in her own language. Shoved the eftpos in my face to pay. I will never go back there again suggest no one does either. Disgusting customer service and job on my nails.

Don't waste your money! Appalling service considering it was quiet. No idea what a manicure is, its certainly not what I ended up with. Nail polish gloopy, terrible application, nails not fully covered but plenty on my skin.

Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with, I was not happy with the end result and addressed my concerns with one of the employees, as it was the most unsatisfying, sloppy job I’ve ever experienced and was only asking for even half of my money back but got refused and abused and she would not let me speak to the boss/manager and made a scene, I have no other choice but to take this matter further and will be contacting consumer affairs. Such a disgraceful salon and I do not recommend going here at all.

Normally very good service and beautiful nails done, my experience today wasn’t the best, had my sns taken off had to wait a long time whilst other customer walking in after got served first. I got charged $20 to get my nails taken off which is usually $15 and they usually will re paint my nails. Today they just charged me extra and didn’t even put clear coat or any nail polish on.

Booked in for 12 pm. Sat on chair with feet in water for about 30 minutes before being tended too. First lady started, then left me another 15 mins. Second lady rough & scrubbed so hard it hurt. Refill rushed, cut my finger ,& finished job quite thick & edges not to side of nail. Will be an unattractive growth. I had a good look at home & saw the results only then. Nice shape admittedly, not enough for me to recommend them or ever go back. This was my 2nd time there & even worse than first time.

Shocking experience!!!!I wanted thin SNS on my short nails Girl spoke no English and didn’t even look at me,had to translate through another staff member. She started cutting my nails off and applying tips, told her to stop 5 or six times, the customer next to me also told her to stop.Ended up with extra thick nails with thin areas where you could see through. Asked to speak to the manager and was told the person doing my nails was!? Told them I’m not paying until they fix it, they started screaming at me so I did something I’ve never done before, I just walked out! Have been going there for 15 years and will never go back!

Not impressed unfortunately. I was charged $35.00 for a pedicure without massage or polish as per my request. I pay that much for an entire pedicure including polish and massage elsewhere.It actually smelt like dirty feet. The person who did my pedicure did not ask if I wanted my nails cut nor the shape. Also, no cream applied prior to cutting cuticles.My feet were not dried prior to stepping out of the chair and I had to dry them on my leggings.I will not be returning and I do not recommend this place.

Nice people but they are not consistent even though I had the same person do my nails each time I went. Paid 3 different prices for the same service (shellac) refill was the same price as getting a new set other nail shops charge less for refill.The price list has prices rubbed off without a replacement price.
