We went to Pancake Parlour this afternoon. We were served by an elderly lady, who was very polite and pleasant. Her customer service skills were excellent. The food was average. We ordered the iced latte, which was terrible. When we went to pay our bill, there was a weekend surcharge ??? The food is overpriced. We ordered three different dishes, which all tasted the same. Don't waste your money at this restaurant.

We hadn't been here for many years and were looking forward to it, but unfortunately, our food quality was pretty much terrible, especially our Deluxe fries. The cheese wasn't melted, the bacon was nearly raw, and the potatoes were on the verge of being cold. Food definitely isn't worth the price tag. We won't be rushing to come back again.

We came here for dinner. Luckily there was no queue and we could get in quite fast. But when we left slightly past 9pm there was a queue.There were plenty of choices for sweet and savoury pancakes. The food was nice. The ambience was okay. The place can get a bit noisy if full but it shows the vibrancy. I would recommend this place. Book first if you know what time you are coming.

Had Valentines Day dinner with my 7 year old daughter at fountain gate tonight and had the most wonderful waiter, thank you Kris! He was so attentive and professional. Kris was so aware of the people seated in his area and made sure all of us were looked after promptly and pleasantly. Such an enjoyable experience so thank you!

Great location for the family. They carer for so many and the quality is exactly what you would expect from a company like this.The staff are lovely and the atmosphere is relaxing and enjoyable.

Always have a lovely time here. Relaxed atmosphere, even when it's busy. The service on this particular visit was outstanding - friendly and attentive. They even provided take home containers for our leftovers.

I hadn't been to the Pancake Parlour in years and thought I would treat myself. Unfortunately the pancakes were not as I remembered. They were well done on the outside and really undercooked on the inside. They tasted like raw uncooked flower rather than the buttermilk pancakes I remember. I won't be going back any time soon.

Came to have a late breakfast. Full and there's a reason for it. Yummy food and nice atmosphere. Daughter got a coloring paper with pencils. Staff very kind and everyone in a very nice mood.

Came with friends on Saturday night. Great atmosphere, all staff clearly enjoying themselves and the food was delicious. Our server was Aliyah and she was very welcoming, attentive and certainly someone who knows what good customer service is. Food arrived promptly with a smile and we never felt ignored or had to wait to get noticed. Everyone had a great meal and we will certainly be back.
