My wife came here today and although the staff said hello, as she started browsing they said something to each other in another language, looked at her and laughed at loud together.Whether they were talking about her or not, it's terrible customer service and extremely off putting.She spends lots of cosmetics and this store has lost her as a future customer and lots hundreds in potential sales.Terrible store would NOT recommend.Management you need to get new staff.

Me and my friend went there last week and received a really terrible customer service. Also the price is really expensive than other sydney stores. We were really uncomfortable in the store and when we checked out, they asked us to join their wechat and we did and after we asked a question they blocked us. What a customer service. >:(
