I have found the property manager Jodi to be exceptional. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Jodi as both a landlord and a tenant and have seen her deliver personalise and professional service. Jodi knows the rental market here in the Macksville area well. She has many contacts in the trade service sector and is therefore able to arrange cost effective repairs and property maintenance. Her ability to coordinate service delivery between tenant, tradesperson and landlord is second to none. I highly recommend Jodi to both prospective landlords and tenants.
