From our first meeting with Peter we felt comfortable we were in good hands. We had our own plan and with some expert advice Green designs delivered our custom forever home. We had a fantastic experience with Green Design. Our house started with a different builder who horrifyingly went into liquidation halfway through construction. From the first meeting with Green Design they were extremely accommodating with us while we dealt with the insurance company and bank. During the build, Peter and the team were personable, friendly and had open and honest communication. Their ability to problem solve and find excellent solutions was fantastic and ultimately benefited our build. The final product has been better then we could have hoped for and we are really glad we went with Green Design. Thanks guys!

I couldn't recommend Green Design Homes enough. I'm absolutely in love with my new home!!For my first time dipping my toes in the housing market, Green Design Homes made every step of the process easy to understand and achievable.The team met with me as many times as I wanted to explain the process and the decisions I was making to ensure my house was perfect for me.I could always rely on them to get back to me asap with any enquiries and were always so insightful when I needed the help.Right from the start Peter and Gemma were meticulous and showed just as much excitement for the home as I did during contract stage.During building stage was no different and I was afforded every chance to walk through with the assistance of the site manager, Ross. Ross was easy to contact and easy to understand when explaining all the processes. If there was anything to fix, it was fixed before I had to say anything. Not only that, but the build was well organised and never sat there doing nothing.Overall, I can't fault Green Design Homes. They bring a down to earth yet professional feel to the service that I can't fault. They were everything I wanted and more!

Do yourself a favour and don’t look any further.From the moment my wife and I first arrived at the Green Design Homes office, we were treated like family.Peter has been amazing throughout our build to deal with. Very professional, approachable and understanding of our needs. Never was there a time during our planning phase where Peter said no to anything we asked for.Ross, our building supervisor always went above and beyond, constantly keeping in contact with regular walkthroughs of our house during the build. He too was always happy to spend the time answering any questions we had along the way and had a great eye for detail when it came to the house coming together. He was also incredibly honest and open about any potential concerns and always had a plan in place to achieve the best possible outcome.Gemma has an amazing eye for what makes a house look incredible. She made the day of picking colours, fixtures and fittings ect a breeze as she knows exactly was suits with what. Any questions we had about colours, concrete, exposed aggregate, Gemma knew what would work and it made it that much more enjoyable knowing we were in the right hands.I’d like to not only thank the three people mentioned above, but to the entire group at Green Design Homes. Building during the housing boom and covid would have been an incredibly stressful time, but the clear communications always left us confident we knew what was going on. Not to mention in such an unpredictable climate, our house was still built well within our estimated settlement date stated in our contract in.Peter said to us on our first meeting that building a house should be fun and to enjoy the process. Well they say 3rd times the charm and for us it really was with green design homes.We’ve built before with commercial builders and the quality was well below expectations, so glad we chose Peter and his team for our dream home.The end result speaks volumes for us, our supervisor was always there to help and answer any questions and any variations we changed were not a hassle for Gemma who was always happy to assist.The build was completed 2 months early and the tradies were always polite and welcoming as well.Thankyou to the green design team for bringing our dreams to life!

Peter, Gemma and the team at Green Design Homes were a delight to deal with from the first meeting we met until handover. From designing the floor plan, to choosing the interiors, everything was met with excellent customer service and quality trades to help me build my dream home. All planning and preparation at the beginning made the process of the build easy, relaxing and enjoyable. The are definitely a passionate team about building dream homes, and it shows. At handover, the house was in pristine condition and perfectly detailed. I am yet to find something i don't like about the house! I'm am extremely happy i built when Green Design Homes, and if i was to build again i would absolutely choose them. I can't express my gratitude enough for their hard work.
