A good Red Rooster in a really nice place. Looking out the windows across Stud Rd over Endeavour Hills, nice view. Worth the stop if you have time. Amenities need work!

Don’t come here. Rubbish service. They prioritise Menulog and Uber Eats orders. I stood in front of the counter and was ignored for 15 minutes. When I asked to be served I was told “not yet”.Do yourself, your kids, your partner and your friends a favour and go to the Springvale South branch. It’s closer, the food is better and the management is more on top of things. In defence of the staff, one of them was genuinely nice, but what a waste of time it is to come here.I could have ordered and eaten in at a restaurant much faster than this “fast food” place.Oh and it smells like urine….avoid!

If I could give a minus star I would. I am so so upset and very disappointed with all the staff on 1-01-2023. I arrived in drive through about 950 to 955. Lights were still on. One car waiting at window for food. I’m waiting for someone to serve me. Next min lights are turned off.I park my car and wait for someone to come to window as lady is still waiting for her food. I speak with young girl at window she was very rude speaking over me telling me there shut. She gets her manager and approach’s window with a male also. They all attack me all I was saying was I just need one chicken I was here when you were open waiting for someone to serve me and you turned lights out. They all continued to yell at me being so rude. We’re is the Christmas spiritI was there when the store was open. Just needed a chicken. That was all the young man manager and young girl working were the rudest people I have ever come across. I left in tears. It was 10:04 store shut at 10. I will be taking this further. I am very upset.

Good food. The interior hasn't really been updated in its 25 +years of being open. Same Fridge, seating , lighting. That front counter is older than many of the Employee's here. Recently added electronic screens for menus are good.

I’ve been waiting for around 15 minutes for my food, while waiting, another guy comes in and orders the exact same thing as me. My food comes 1-2 minutes after the other guy orders and they give it to him, which obviously should’ve been my order. So this made to wait another 10 minutes. Didn’t get any kind of compensation for waiting and for their mistake

Dine in is extremely poor and dirty, and the tables are broken. Understand why red rooster has a low reputation. I've spent over $20, extremely salty despite I can handle spices and salt.Not recommended, especially Dandy North

Called in there on a business trip and have to say, the most filthiest and dirty fast food place I have been too.Tables looked like they haven't been cleaned in days, there was food all over them and on the floor. Toilets were disgusting. I wondered what the kitchen was like and made me sick to think.It was quiet and no one else in the restaurant so no excuses. Don't know how they can get away with such filth.Bins were full and I had to leave my rubbish on top of it. Will never eat there again.

Food is good and pretty standard to other Red rooster places. That said, the place itself is so disgusting it's ridiculous, don't eat in store or bring your kids here: the rubbish bin door are broken so the bins are open, theres like massive holes in the banisters where people sit, the kids high chairs are so dirty (it's like layers of greese and dirt, wiping it takes of layers of black grime), goes the same for the tables as well, floors are really sticky everywhere (feels like a night club). Overall feels like the place is barely cleaned and never gets maintained at all.
