I have been to the shop on several occasions and it is unattended and closed as it was on Friday, looks to be a store and Worksop. Don’t waste time going all the way out to the shop in Vaucluse maybe have luck calling

Took them 6 weeks to schedule a repair, they only completed 2 of 3 windows. No apology, a week later naw I still haven't heard from them about finishing!The day before they were going to turn up, they cancelled and blackmailed me... saying that either I agreed to repair right now, or I'd be put back to the end of the queue, waiting another 4 weeks.Worse still, despite detailled instructions negotiated about access and privacy, they ignored our agreement and stomped through women's bedrooms we explicity agreed that they would NOT enter... touching things in a womans bedroom.

So expensive! Safety door glass replacement was 760 but the exact same work was done for 440 when I shopped around ??
