I remember years ago watching Dance With Me (1995 I think!) and Mambo King (now this is starting to show my age!) and thinking that wow! I really want to do that too! But it's not just the dancing that really inspired me. It's the whole thing, the dancing, the music and most importantly the sense of being in the loving and caring dance community!I have to say that I have achieved ALL of the above from Two's Company! From day one when my partner and I walked through the door. Steve and Desne were very welcoming, take us through various dance styles and introduced us to many many amazing people. We started with the social group classes and then moved on to a regular private lesson not long after that. We learn not just the basic steps but the techniques, style, floor craft, ... the lot! For sure, a lot of it were very hard and take very long time to learn and improve. But with patient and hard work, we can see a huge improvement we have achieved over the years!Now we are at the end of our 4th year and OMG we can see how far we've come! We did our medals in both Ballroom and Latin, compete at various events and now we are about to move to the next level, C Grade next year. None of these would be possible without Steve and Desne!Absolutely, at the end of the day, this is their business and they are here to make a living (just like any of us with our day job). But in every single class we have with both of them, I can see and feel the care and the love they have for dancing and most of all, for us to improve as a dancer.At the end of the day, and as I mentioned earlier, it's not just about dancing for me. It's also about being in the community of like-minded people. I can now say that EVERY TIME I walk into the studio, there are familiar faces, people I know and love and care. We made many friends and it feel like a family! These are the people who come to cheer you at competitions, or you would come to support them at their competition or medal exam, or you would dance with them at our social nights.None of the above would have been possible without Steve and Desne and their Two's Company. And I really hope that my story would help others to make their decision. I know that the road here is not easy and requires A LOT of hard work and commitment. But the reward at the end is really sweet and worth it!

My partner and I started with Desne and Steve four years ago. We had danced before but not ballroom. They are fantastic teachers, friendly, funny, knowledgeable, honest and patient. Two's Company is a dance studio without the attitude that sadly exists in many other studios. It is personal yet professional and provides the perfect environment to grow as a dancer and extremely enjoy that process. Over the years we made many friends at the studio. I can recommend it for beginners as well as seasoned dancers.

I have had the pleasure of learning to dance from both Steve and Desne. They are two wonderful people who have taught me not only how to dance but also to feel the passion for dance and for that i am most grateful. I've been learning for over 4 years all the various dance styles and have found Steve and Desne to be highly skilled and professional in the way they have taught their students. I have been learning dancing with Desne and Steve over 5 years. From a beginner, never dance in my life, until now. I always enjoy the lessons, staff and people there are very friendly and helpful, especially to beginners. I also made many good friends there.

Steve Agreed to choreograph a swing dance for our wedding. Made us pay up front, gave us a few lessons then said he can't continue and won't refund us... Probably because he has no idea what he's doing.

Lots of fun learning to dance here. Steve and Desne are great teachers to learn off making the atmosphere fun and relaxing. Highly reccomend them for wedding dance classes, Steve gave us lots of confidence!
