Excellent customer service today. We had two cars to transfer for a deceased estate and Todd was very compassionate and supportive. Also while we were there, a quick shout out to the young lady behind the counter who handled a very inflammatory customer with next level professionalism and calm - well done!

I had the best drive test experience with Ron. He was so friendly and easy going. I’m a very anxious driver and was so nervous to test, but he was very good at easing my worries, saying “we’re going on a drive, that’s all it is”.

staff went above and beyond to extend their help to me to rebook appointments in suitable locations and times when i failed to read appointment instructions clearly, at the busiest time of day, when all they were obligated to do was tell me my appointment had been cancelled. fantastic service and helped make a stressful and complicated situation easy.
