Love the EBB crew. Friendly, knowledgeable and honest, the staff always take time to understand what you need (and what you don’t!). No hard sells or up-sells, just good honest advice. I just purchased my third ebike from them - well, my second (after 6000 km on the first!) but I bought one for my partner too. True five star service.

We are proud and excited owners of 2 wonderful eBikes from EBB. We came here to test drive a particular bike I had researched online. Based on what type of riding we want to do, Josh suggested we also try a different bike, which turned out to be the perfect bike for both of us, I am so glad he pointed us in the right direction. EBB is a very professional shop. It always feels satisfying to give business to a shop that puts their full heart, passion and expertise into what they are doing.

Buying your first electric bike can be daunting - the staff here are knowledgeable and friendly, and take the time to work out what you need. Nothing was too much trouble and the staff (especially Andrew) made sure I was comfortable and happy with my purchase. I’m sure the after sales service will be excellent. Can highly recommend.

Josh, Jill and the entire team at Electric Bikes Brisbane were incredibly generous with their time. They patiently talked me through the options, arranged test rides and got me set up and ready to go on my new bike. They're passionate about ebikes and want you to be too! 11/10 recommend paying them a visit if you're looking for an ebike.
