The Dudley Boutique Hotel

We had three wonderful nights at The Dudley, our every need was anticipated by Adrian & Charles leaving us to relax and enjoy the luxurious accommodation and exquisitely decorated areas of the hotel. The breakfasts were extraordinary, not only delicious but delivered with first class service and attention to detail.We will be back!

This was one of the places our travel agent booked for us on a five day drive from Sydney to Melbourne. We got such a lovely surprise when we arrived, beautiful boutique hotel, with every comfort down to the smallest detail. We were so sorry we were only booked in for one night. Would be a wonderful place to unwind and relax. Adrian was an attentive and charming host.Beautifully appointed room, we didn’t want to leave! So many thoughtful touches.

Our weekend stay at the Dudley was absolutely awesome!The hotel is immaculately clean , the room was luxurious and the hospitality beyond anything that I have experienced before..This hotel should be the benchmark of all others…Breakfast was magnificent and the afternoon wine and cheese a perfect start to the evening.. being chauffeured to dinner was so special!Cannot recommend the Dudley Boutique Hotel enough..

My wife and I enjoyed two nights at the Dudley and we loved every minute of it. Charles and Adrian genuinely love what they do and their care and attention made our stay special and memorable. The Dudley has beautiful decor, is immaculately clean, quiet and serene.As a bonus we had the opportunity to meet Hugo and Oscar, Charles’ and Adrian’s immaculate, well mannered and much loved poodles.The evening wine and cheese was beautifully presented and delicious.Breakfast was amazing and included a surprise treat as a starter.Thank you Charles and Adrian, we are very much looking forward to seeing you again.

Absolutely spectacular from booking to checkout. Charles & Adrian are the ultimate boutique operators. Their attention to detail is outstanding.The hotel itself is gorgeous.Do yourself a favour, take the 2 night package with breakfast included & pick up & drop off to your dinner reservation.A truly special experience which my husband & I enjoyed every minute of.5 stars is not enough ✨️

Do I need to say more? Every word in the other reviews is true - this is a more than five star place. Every detail is perfect. I loved opening my window and smelling the morning air - we were on the deck side and the trees are sublime. We also loved the chauffeur drive in the black Range Rover down to dinner each evening plus the help getting a table in the window at beppe. Adrian and Charles are not only talented from a design perspective curating this gorgeous hotel but incredibly warm kind and attentive which completely sets this boutique hotel above the rest.The room was beautiful as everyone else has said. It was my perfect bathroom, grey and white marble, gold shower, taps and rails and the panel heater and amazing led mirror with the light all the way around it one of those Adrian and Charles touches.

My partner and I had the most wonderful experience at the Dudley Hotel.We had the weekend escape package, and every single part of the package was exceptional. The rooms were beautifully appointed – they literally think of EVERYTHING.The service was exceptional, and the food was absolutely delicious.The attention to detail and care that Charles and Adrian provided was 110%. Nothing was too much trouble, and they both go out of their way to ensure your stay is memorable.We can’t wait to return and next time we will stay for longer!We have stayed at other places in Daylesford, and this is by FAR the best experience we have ever had.Thank you!

Our two stay at The Dudley was outstanding in every respect. Adrian and Charles have built a unique and delightful boutique hotel with spacious rooms with appealing decor. They are highly professional, enjoy caring for their guests. The breakfasts are special, drinks and savories before being driven to dinner are just part of the attraction of staying at The Dudley.

Adrian and Charles were the quintessential Hosts with an extra personal touch. The Hotel was full (Friday/Saturday night) and yet the service was outstanding and could not be faulted. Everything about The Dudley was perfection, the rooms, the location, the service, the food and the ambiance. My husband and I can highly recommend The Dudley - it was the best Hotel experience we have ever had. Thank-you Adrian and Charles

This is our fourth time staying at the Dudley’s, celebrating our birthdays and anniversaries. It’s such a stunning place, tastefully decorated in modern French decor, love their living rooms with fire places, gorgeous bedrooms, and the incredible service and experience is what we keep coming back for. My husband says that he keeps coming back for their delicious breakfast. 10/10Thank you Charles and Adrian for always making our stay very special.
