Always slow , always seem under staffed , always cold buns , waited 15 min for 1 item. It's primarily because the Indian franchise holder sacrifices staff and quality for profits , this has to be the worst ran store in the south of Adelaide

Worst Hungry Jacks in Australia!!! Place is always a pig stye with rubbish all over the place drinks spilt everywhere, teenagers lounging around the place and fighting, tables are always dirty and the floor is always filthy not to mention the toilets. Now to the food....the burgers are always just slapped together, and I had a HAIR IN MY Junior a HAIR!!I will NEVER visit this VULGAR place EVER AGAIN!!!

Hey Everyone,Me and my friends (16-17 yrs old) went to this Hungry Jack’s after going to our church youth group wanting to get some food and hang out. One of our friends birthday was the next day and we were celebrating them. The assumed manager (the one with the bald patch) threatened to call the police if we weren’t quiet (we weren’t that loud fyi) and then other customers that seemed to be under the influence began to yell and swear at us. We were quite gobsmacked of how rude they are and were packing up our rubbish getting ready to leave when they started yelling at us calling us multiple inappropriate names and threatening to bash our cars. The manager stood there and laughed with them. Honestly, it’s shocking how terrible the staff treated us for no reason especially since we are minors. Someone needs to teach them some respect or hire out new staff. Do yourself a favour and never go there. Terrible service. Terrible people. Food was decent though even if it took forever to be served.

The place looks good how ever the crew need to be a bit faster and correctly make the burgers with out the hassle of unwanted extras you didn't ask for. The place needs to review the team they are running and actually hire competent team members that know how the make burgers at a good pace

Ordered two bacon deluxe hunger takers. Received 1 full meal, and the other without the bacon deluxe. Absolutely pathetic that you would forget the MAIN burger in a meal. Also took over an hour to be delivered for a 6 minute drive. Driver sat at the restaurant for 45 minutes (as per the GPS ) before picking up the order and delivering. Food was stone cold one it got here also. Cannot get ahold of the store to try get a refund or get the food we paid for brought to us. Will never be returning.

This Hungry Jacks is by far the worst one I've ever been to. I ordered a super stunner meal and when given to me, there was a HAIR coming out from under the cup lid. the guy at the counter took it out and kindly asked if I'd like another drink, which i took and was very grateful. I then proceeded to drive home only to find when I open and take a bit of my burger ANOTHER HAIR. I am extremely disappointed with the level of cleanliness in this store and would like to see much more precautions in place so this doesn't happen to anyone else!!

Terrible terrible service! Wait in the drive through lane for 20 minutes get to the window and they have no idea what order is ours and gives us the wrong order. I don’t understand what takes soo long you l clearly need more staff and staff that they actually know what they are doing

I'm a delivery driver for uber. This restaurant always makes me wait for a long time.However I do not care that so much because I just work outside the classroom.Today it really makes me annoyed.I have a double pick from uber. So the supervisor here did not give me food because it is a double pick.Excuse me？As far as I know, double pick is available on all delivery platforms.If you really care about the guest experience.Don't make us wait so long for food.And you should set up your own delivery platform without double pick lamo.I won't be coming to this store again.I was really annoyed about that today.
