Great experience

Firstly John&Sharon are the nicest people you could ever meet, nothing is to much trouble. The place is spotless and excellent security. Amazing roof top views, great size pool with nice seperate seating areas. Cant recommend this place enough.

Had a couple leak problems in our time here. Tenants seem to be getting noisier as well. Current building managers are unreasonable. We had to go through QCAT to get our bond back.

Nice little shared area for BBQ, Pool and Herb Garden. Funny shaped areas which make it a bit odd but provides more privacy to smaller groups. Very clean because the building is new. 3 elevators which make it more efficient for the residents to use.

We lived here for 3 years and it's a great location. The previous building managers were lovely but unfortunately they were replaced in 2021. When we moved out we paid for a $750 bond clean and yet the manager (MH representing Real Property Consultants) asked us to pay to repaint 2 bedrooms because she found tiny dots next to the skirting boards (see the managers photos attached). These were always there but are so small they never bothered us. In any case they would be considered fair wear and tear. The manager never gave us an exit condition report, and wouldn't give us a copy of the entry report either. They didn't engage with RTA dispute resolution. Finally we had to go to QCAT to get our full bond back.If you do move in, make sure you take detailed photos of everything or you too might be waiting 6 months to get your bond back. Other issues for us were leaks in our ceiling (which were rectified), more noisy neighbors in the last year and very limited parking.
