Jimmy Brings Alcohol Delivery Melbourne

Have used Jimmy Brings a couple of times and found the app to be a bit buggy in placing and tracking orders, however this time I was charged twice for an order that could not be delivered. I would steer clear of Jimmy Brings and use a more reliable app.

Worst delivery service ever. Order a bottle of wine as a thankyou gift for my father. Driver changed 3 times, nothing was ever collected for delivery and then my order cancelled telling me the driver tried to contact me at my address and by phone but was unsuccessful so returned the product. No missed calls, nobody at property,tracking shows item was never ever collected from the retailer. Then I'm told it will take 5 days to return my money. These people are absolute scammers and should be avoided at all costs.

Used to use all the time for the convenience. I've talked to them so many times about concerns recently and nothing changes. Soon, 8th order free won't be worth it. When you are quoted 40 minutes and it's 2 hours... or your driver admittedly stopped between orders for lunch... or you place a preorder and it's cancelled unless you re-confirm... time and time again and the response is just, we'll let someone know your concerns."STOP saying within 30 minutes when you KNOW it's a lie. It's that simple."

So handy! We used them when we were staying in a city hotel and fancied a bottle of wine but the room service wine was ridiculously priced. Love how you can track where they are when they are on their way. Very quick and easy!

Only service of its kind that I use. Great rewards program too! =) Customer service team is also top notch I must include also.

There have been four occasions where I received the incorrect branded items to what I ordered and paid for.It is always me contacting Jimmy Brings to report that the incorrect items have been delivered. (They don't seem to check)I found out today that they send an alternative brand, if the items that have been ordered are out of stock at the first store.I cannot understand why Jimmy Brings does not contact you if the items that you purchased are out of stock. Why Is there not an option to chose substitutions or receive a refund. Why do they just deliver the wrong brand without any sort of notification? I did not mind spending extra money for the convenience and ease of use. But this is not acceptable.From my perspective, I place an order, receive that order, look in the bag and see that its the wrong order (no note or anything) and have to chase it up.

Twice in 2 weeks Jimmy Brings has cancelled my delivery after being allocated the job.No explanation, just cancelled.I wouldn’t mind except I ordered at 2:30 pm and they cancelled at 7:45 after me asking where it was for over 3 hours. Jimmy picked it up, I could see it getting near me, then cancelled.Maybe someone could reply or call me ? Or maybe BWS should not use Jimmy? It would help if they stopped blaming each other

I had a great experience with the service. Placed the order online just after 9pm and received this delivery about 15 minutes later. The only issue I had was with Paypal plugin in iOS app. It did not work for me and I had to switch to internet browser to place order but I could view delivery driver location after placing order and it was accurate. Big thumbs up.On a side note. I read some reviews that people made and it is not good business to take the money and not attempt delivery especially if it could be days before it refunds. The transaction should take place at delivery. If that is not possible, provide customers with voucher toward future purchase in addition to refund otherwise customers will continue to leave bad reviews and may not place orders in the future.In the case of Peter Bartlett, he placed and paid for an order at 10.20pm and rsa should have zero impact on the delivery, as transaction was finalised before 11pm.

Delivered the wrong thing, then took forever to deliver the replacement. Support was initially friendly then I was completely ignored when I followed up to see where my replacement was when I saw it had still not been dispatched. I'm sorry but being completely ignored infuriates me. Just one sentence to say I'm sorry
