Endless Moments Photobooths

We arranged Endless Moments Photobooths for our engagement cocktail party and they were fantastic! Quick response to communication, great price, great equipment, the attendant was fantastic with our guests and all in all we were highly satisfied with the service. Thank you to Shannon. I hired Endless Moments Photobooths for my engagement party and couldn't be happier with the service. BEWARE!We engaged Endless Moments photobooth for our wedding on 26 March 2023.2 things failed us on our event day.1. The photo strip template that we chose prior to the day was wrong/not correctly reflected.We initially chose a fairy lights photo strip template but decided to change the design as we felt that it would cover people's faces due to the design. We communicated to Shannon via email on 1 March 2023 that we would like to change the template design. After some back and forth due to the portal issue in selecting a new template, Shannon finally rectified the issue on their portal by deleting our initial template choice and we managed to choose another template design on 15 March 2023. On our wedding day on 26 March 2023, I was horrified to see that the old template was used instead. By the time I realised/had time to go to the photo booth, it was already towards the end of the night and too late. As a result, a lot of group photos or taller guests had their faces covered by the photo template.2. Live view was not available for our booth.We initially thought that we did not read the inclusions of our photo booth options properly and the option we selected did not include the live view option which was why we did not question the attendant on the wedding day itself.Upon closer inspection of the package we selected, it confirmed that our booth should come with a Live view while taking snaps". As a result

Shannon and his team have been fantastic to deal with. They offer wonderful products at incredible prices.From start to finish Shannon has been attentive and quick to respond.We received all the soft copies of our photos less than 24 hours after our event.Endless moments are the ones to go with.

Endless Moments Photobooths was an amazing addition to my engagement party and Alex the attendant we had on the night was absolutely incredible! Very helpful and friendly throughout the whole night and helped out with my guest photo book after each group had taken their photos! Would highly recommend! We also got the digital gallery within the next couple of days!

We found out about Endless Moments by seeing them at a friends' wedding and thought the attendant was great. We then had Endless Moments at our own wedding and it was enjoyed by guests of all ages. Shannon was great to work with in the lead up, and gave us all the info we needed and responded quickly to questions. Absolutely no regrets hiring the photobooth for our wedding! The attendant Alex was fantastic and friendly! Our guests had so much fun in the booth and the photos are hilarious, definitely one of the highlights of our wedding! Shannon replied to all emails quickly! Thanks so much guys!
