Extremely rude staff who made unnecessary racist jokes throughout the cut. I asked for a simple trim but my hair was cut unevenly as one side was longer by at least a few inches and the layers were just block chopped. Would definitely not recommend, take your business somewhere else.

Their salon was completely empty and there where about four of the girl working. They kept asking me questions about my hair and looking at me as if my hair was unfixable. After a ton of questions the lasy asked me if I wanted it cut and blow dry and I said no to save time. And then she said it would cost me $150 just to get my hair bleached and coloured, yes that's right just coloured and nothing else. What a rip.

Took my 2 year old here for a haircut and received poor service. The lady who cut his hair was extremely rough with him - I should have known by the empty salon but right from the beginning, it felt like we were an inconvenience just by being there. NEVER again!!

I normally go to the barber in the area but was getting sick of having to wait & what seems to be special treatment for some so i gave this place a try & loved it. I practically went straight in & everybody was lovely & nice with great customer service. They were quick and efficient with high quality as well. I will be going here from now on.

I went there today for my son’s first hair cut. He is only 15 months old. I am sure u all know it can be hard sometimes with the little one to get their hair done. He was not happy and started crying . As I started explaining the lady how I want the hair done. She started telling me!! Well, if he is not going to stop moving and crying I can’t cut his hair .I have scissors in my hand . If something happens then u are going to complain about me. I totally understand all that . I wasn’t even going to go ahead if he kept on moving. First of all I don’t want him to get hurt. But she didn’t even try to make us feel comfortable or welcome at all . So so rude. She didn’t even try to communicate with the baby so that he can be comfortable with her too. Unbelievable I would never ever in my life go there again. Poor service! Very bad attitude. This isn’t called customer service. Fix ur attitude LADY! I wish I had ur name. Lady with blonde hair with bun on ur head. So disappointed!

I had never dyed my hair before and had been wanting to do so for a long time, when I finally built up the courage and the funds and turned to Lizzy’s Hair Design in Plumpton Marketplace. I asked for a haircut & highlights and was quoted $100.I went in the next day with a picture and was told it was a balayage and quoted around $210 (which apparently didn’t include the haircut, but I only found this out while she was doing my hair). While they were doing my hair, they asked if I wanted a blowout and quoted a total of $300 which I refused. In the end I had to pay $240, though I had only withdrawn $210 as quoted previously.When I got home, I noticed that one side had a straight line and the other side had been blended in. Also it wasn’t as light as I had requested. So, I went back and asked them to fix it. While the hairdresser was fixing it, I had to point out that she had missed a patch of hair and I was told they wouldn’t be able to lighten my hair as much as I would’ve liked, so I would have to go back again in 3 weeks time to lighten it again.The photo is from after my hair was “fixed”, as you can see on the right-hand side there is still a line. Mind you, I have dark blonde hair.Needless to say, I am not satisfied, I wouldn’t recommend them and naturally, I’m never going back there again.I’ve just been to another wonderful hairdresser to get a full head of foils, a cut, a treatment and a blow dry for a total of $95 and I am totally satisfied. The hairdresser also pointed out that my previous haircut wasn’t straight.

Charges too high and eftpos machine always doesn’t work. Charged me $80 for a haircut but said yes because I needed it so badly and its the only salon in the shops. Not a great atmosphere to be in.

My mother inlaw went in for a colour,5-8 foils and a cut. Firstly the attitude from one the workers was disgusting! Very unprofessional,she asked for what she was after for her to then go play Chinese whispers with her co-worker and giving the look of death whist doing so. Asked for a copper colour with 5-8 blonde foils to come out more red and 13 blonde foils! Didnt listen at all to what i was after. The cut she kind of listened to the style but didn't ask where I part it nothing and rushed as she wanted to leave at 4:30!Im absolutely disgusted in the service I received today!

Nice little salon. Sharon is a top notch hairdresser and a lovely person with a great personality. I haven't been anywhere else in years.

Our 12 year old daughter asked us if she could have her hair braided on Sunday, so I rang this business numerous times with no answer. Later this day my husband took our daughter to this hairdresser on Sunday to have this done but soon discovered they are closed every second Sunday, even thought their website says differently. So this wasn't the issue though. On Wednesday our daughter had her hair braided there. Approximately 1 hour later the hair ties that was put in broke and the braid fell out. We rang the hairdresser's and eventually had to leave a message about this .So the next day being a Thursday after calling the salon a staff member other then Jerome said that fine to come in and it will be redone.So our daughter had her hair redone. Jerome demanded $10 payment for the fix up that fell apart the day before. She proceeded to point her finger in my 12 year old daughters face saying what did I ask you yesterday, referring to bringing her own hair ties which I might add was never asked of us at the time of making the initial appointment. Nor was ever asked the two times prior that she had her hair braided in the past. She also continued to say this whilst tugging at our daughter hair. I have had many a treatments, hair cuts and blow drys here and am absolutely disgusted in the unprofessional manner in which my daughter and husband was treated. The $10 dollars was never the issue for us, but the way Jerome spoke to my husband and treated our daughter was appalling. I will never return to this salon nor will I ever speak good of you guys. How dare Jerome address our child with pointy fingers and hair tugging. Jerome you responsible for making our child feel intimadated and unhappy. Thanks to you we have had to wipe her tears.
