Not happy with my haircut. The barber did not pay much attention and the cut was not tidy enough.

I was reluctant to go to a stylist during the pandemic. I bit the bullet because I could see these guys are being extremely careful.I have to say, they couldn't do enough for me!Professionalism, respect, I can't rate this place any higher, but I wish I could.Thank you guys!I'm still going there and it's still great, every time.

i had the worst haircut of my life at this place. the lady just chopped at my hair like a child and i refuse to believe she was a professional. she added two 'layers' that are 15cm apart and basically gave me a mullet. i could have cut it better at home. the whole experience has made me never want to go to a hairdresser again.

I used to cut my hair at home for a great part of my life. I recently started coming to this place and they always treat me well. I explain what I want and they understand what to do. They even help me understand what they do when cutting to explain the growing process. On hot days they would often offer a drink as well. Great customer service, great people. Will definitely be my go to place.

I went in with my toddler to get his first big boy haircut. I stand there for a good 5 minutes, nobody greets me. I notice there are two barbers serving a customer each, and one other customer in line. Didn't seem like a long wait, so I sat down. Nobody still talks to me or greets me. After one barber finishes cutting his customer's hair, another customer casually strides in, they give each other a bromance handshake and the customer slides into the chair. Nobody still talks to me or acknowledges me. At this point I had to speak up and ask what was going on and ask how long the REAL wait was.It's hard enough to bring a little boy in with a very short attention span, you keep him entertained as to not disrupt the business, and yet nobody even acknowledges your presence or offers any service. So unwelcoming and unprofessional. Seems like you are unwanted if you do not belong to the secret club, or worse, if you come with a child.

The worst place to go to in sydney .The worst customer service. The barbers are least bothered about how many people are waiting in line and busy on their phones all the time. After waiting for 2 hours i got the worst haircut ever..i dont recommend anyone going to this place as its a waste if time and money. I would rather cut my hair myself than go to this place again.

I decided to cut my boyfriends hair and did a horrific job. it genuinely looked like a mullet/ mohawk with chunks out the side....A kind Vietnamese lady sat us down and completely transformed it into a stylish fresh fade.Since then we've been going to adels.Staff are quiet and often say little, however they get the job done for an amazing price.20$!! I often tip, because they deserve far more for their perfect work.Cannot recommend this place enough!

I've been here for more than 5 years, thus guy knows his sheet. He uses the razor like a proper barber. Clean fades and great style too.

The best fade u will ever get in inner west. Owners are super friendly and nice. I strongly suggest it.
