If I could give minus stars I would! My mate did me a favour by buying me 10 litres of AdBlue from this place, thinking I needed it for my truck. I don't need it. He knows there is an AdBlue issue at the moment for trucks and it is hard to get, and out of his kindness he bought me a container, but paid way over value, paying $199, for a $35 - $40 container. I told him to return it as I don't use AdBlue, the attendant turned nasty and would not give him a refund. That is not the way to run a business, you don't do that to people.

This place is a joke. Manager is on holidays so now there is no manager or anyone who is in charge. People who work there only know what they have been told and that isn't much. (Owners don't tell them anything)If anything serious happens there no one knows what to do.Prices aren't marked, not in the system or not the correct price.Post has been left untended for over an hour at times.Had water in the tanks not long ago that damaged some cars and the owners didn't care or even fill out the paperwork so there insurance could start looking into it.

It presents well, has anything you need, the worker on duty was very nice and polite. Only minus is that the toilets are not up to scratch, quiet a distance for anyone with problems walking.

The service is nice but they never have stock. They have 1 restocking day which is normally the only day they'll have stock. After that day they have nothing again.Otherwise good access for trucks and buses with friendly staff, except that 1 lady that lied and said they don't do manual entry but I've seen them do it multiple times before at multiple times of the day. Not sure why she lied.
