Very disappointed I called yesterday to make an appointment I was told by this lady that answered the phone that I don’t need an appointment I can just walking for body wax on the website. It says they open at 9 AM when I got there at 9 AM the shop was still closed for another half an hour, when I entered and ask for a body wax, I was told you need an appointment and they don’t do it on a Saturday not reliable very disappointing services

Usually only 1 staff working so sometimes there is a wait. They never do any extras like pluck of cut the eyebrow, only just wax and thread. When they wax they also thread afterwards.

First time I got it done was great but this time round was the worst experience I’ve had. The lady that did my brows was highly inexperienced. I use to have full brows and just wanted a clean up. It took 20mins and I left having thin uneven wonky brows. One was highly arched and the other was straight. I was so devestated and upset. Never again.

I've been going here for the past year and they always do such a great job at cleaning (wax+threading) my brows. There is always a bit of a wait cuz it always seems like only one person is on duty but its worth it. They get straight to it which I like and are quick and precise. Would recommend all my friends!

never come here to get your eyebrows. i specifically told her not to get the Corner as i've been growing it out for months and i told her to make sure she doesn't thin them out, i look to see if its done and she took all the hair out from that corner and thinned them, if i didn't tell her not to thin them i probably would have no eyebrows left. she didn't even do it even the front. never come here, so disappointed and mad

Went here on Wednesday between 1PM-2PM to be rejected from service because of my gender as a male. That’s discrimination, i normally go here and was told that there was an incident that involved a male that’s got nothing to do with me

me and my sister went in there last week they were not busy there was two girls in line one went out the back while the other was on the chair waiting and the girl out the back was with the worker, around 5 minutes later she stormed out and said t o her friend call me when your finished. there was only one girl there that I could see working. my sister and i waited for 45 minutes before we got started and I had told the lady not to wax the top of our eye brows as we break out and she was like "completely understandable" and so we went on and she was doing my eyebrows and before I even noticed she had done the top of my eye brows

Unsure of this place and it's standards Been here a few times it's close and convenient, today was just unacceptable, got brows and nose wax asked for more of a tidy up on browsas there was still hairs where they shouldn't be, got a lousy ok as she got the thread out to just go over it, she asked the lady to write a review Infront me and then when I went to pay she didn't ask me anything all I got was a lousy thank you. The whole experience today was just awkward and left me feeling like I wasn't even wanted in there. If you don't want to do mens waxing just state that at the door, I won't be back again all the best .

The worst service!! The lady got rid of my whole front first brow. When I asked her to just do a clean up. I asked her why did she do this? She said my skin was oily that’s why. How does that even make sense? Never ever coming here again. She got rid of my whole front eye brow. Worst worst service I’ve ever experienced, she didn’t even apologise.

Ladies looked very uninterested in working. Not sure they speak good English. Either way customer service was lacking. Threading job was average. No wonder place was empty.Would not spend my money there again.
