Great place to shop, but if they are restocking an isle (open hours) (this was a hour before closing)(Stocking top shelves, which is items on sale yet, stocking stock) you will either have to forgo your item or wait 15 minutes. It sounds like a first world problem (it is), but a little common sense of waiting for your business to close to restock top shelves would be an understandable practice, instead you have someone telling a potential customer to come back in 15 minutes. Poor customer policy. Stocking stock shelves should be after closing time.

There is always a sense of adventure when you rock up to a Bunning’s store. Thru the doors, we all excitedly go our separate ways to explore. I’m off to the plant and nursery section then onto the plumbing aisle. The staff are very friendly and serve you with a smile. We are extremely happy with what we bought. Bunning’s is also a place you can just be happy to wander around the store and be entertained by the wide variety things to look at or just day dream of the endless possibilities for another DIY day. As we all know, DIY is in our DNA.

While l found what l wanted, avoided like the plauge . No help offered to load tiles on trolley. 2 staff sat at desk ignoring us . Fair enough one was in wheel chair , they prefered to sit at their counter. No way in hell will l come back to Bunnings EPSON AGAIN

As usual an enormous range of products and the staff were very friendly and mostly helpful. Helped me find the products I wanted. However it seems that the staff aren't keen on helping to order products for delivery, (maybe the store process is too complicated for them). This is the second Bunnings store I have visited and asked to order some wood for delivery where the staff told me it would be easier to either order online or by phone. I think it's just easier for them, because I was there. Ready to order and pay. Seemed pretty easy to me.

Prices are reasonable if you are prepared to look and not rush.Could do with more staff, I'm forever looking for someone for assistance.I over here other customers complain about the same thing sadly.Who doesn't love Bunnings though !!!
