absolutely useless service, pre paid for parts that arrived incorrect, sent multiple emails trying to resolve the issue to get the correct parts with no success, asked for a refund after 9 months of being ignored and still no resolution, clearly do not care once they have your money.

Amazing service and spare parts team in the office I have spoken to Tracey and Caitlin in the service department and they have helped my business through and through. I have also had the opportunity to speak to videlle regarding my spare parts and has updated me on there eta. Happy to use them more in the future.

Absolutely a bunch of kid's with no training at all. Your money absolutely wasted for nothing it's really disapointing how such people get away with robbery. They absolutely don't know what there doing nor do there technicians. From service to value what a disgrace. We never leave reviews but this company deserves to be shut down.
