Can't fault the service. Walked in to check wait times on a new Enfield and look the bikes over. Wound up buying it then and there. Laurence and the gang were exceptional. For a first time buyer, they removed all the anxiety and stress from the process. Nothing pushy, just a lot of support and encouragement. Big shout out to Loz and PJ. You guys were flawless.

Great service from Wayne/Will and the team at BMW Springwood. I was unsure which bike would best suite me and they worked with me to test ride them all, gave me quotes for each and answered all my questions. I took delivery of an R1250RS which is totslly awesome and a perfect fit for me. Thank you team!

Well, all I can say is that one star is too many! They are very quick to take your money for a brand new (?) BMW, $34K, but don’t return it in the same manner when they don’t supply or even order the correct parts. First & last time I will deal with them apart from continuing to chase over $811 they owe me. Extremely poor service in every aspect. Ignore emails and calls when they owe you money, take over 5 hours to put a set of pegs on and a seat on - Booked and paid for months in advance. They struggle to order the correct parts and even don’t order them after they are paid for. I can say you also should NEVER trade a bike in there…… you will be extremely insulted and disappointed. Although the Salesman (who also dooesn’t return calls or emails) might tell you how quickly it was sold, and at a massive profit I am sure. Don’t deal with them. My money arrived last night.
