I have been dealing with Zafar and the team since purchasing my unit. I have found them to be pleasant to deal with, very responsive and professional. I highly recommend them.

Absolutely dishonest service. They used unlicensed builders to fix repairs which took over 4 months and the work is still not complete. We're currently taking legal action against dodgy strata company.28/07/2020; in response to your reply, i have it writing from you confirming you approved the builder. At the time, i stated several times i didn't approve the scope of work and some of their works was not legal. Yet you approved it. Further to that, you sent another builder which you appointed once again that isn't qualified with a licence nor have they completed the job.I understand you had some issues with one of the tenants during a time when we had the worst storms in 50 years and their unit was severely impacted and emergency safety works that needed to be done were not prioritised by your company. Not to mention, you did come back to us offering your services again even after resigning" and reporting the matter to police. Since then

Their service is just brilliant. I highly recommend Zafar. He is very knowledgeable and most importantly they save us a lot of time by just taking care of the properties + makes things easy.

Very unprofessional and dishonest service from FELIX. Metro Strata staff are not professional and do not know how to resolve issues. They take commission from Insurance on the cost of Owners. They avoid lodging insurance claims to get commission next year too.Very expensive, mysterious and unpleasant service. I will never recommend to anyone for dealing with this company due to the tactics they use to do long-term strata agreements by separating owners and making 1 or 2 ppl happy on the cost of all owners. Really hateful behaviour they have.I rate them -100 out of 10.

Metro Strata took over the strata management at our building and immediately improved the communication, efficiency, and reporting of strata. As a time-poor owner I appreciate the improvement in reporting, the transparency, and their portal. It's been comforting to have professional and responsive strata managers taking care of my assets. I find staff at Metro Strata to be responsive, courteous and diligent. I have complete confidence that they will look after the finances and account keeping for my strata property. They act in the best interest of owners and residents by ensuring invoices and quotes are approved by committee members. They go above and beyond by tracking bills and highlighting discrepancies or higher than expected bills.They have always been helpful with obtaining quotes, arranging for council waste removals, organising trades and so much more. I am so glad they are looking after my property. Well done Metro Strata! Your hard work and caring nature makes a world of difference!!

Metro Strata took on a complete mess when we exited from our previous Strata Manager. Invoices that hadn't been paid were sorted quickly. We're fortunate to have Zafar advising us and he has been prompt in responding to communication, issue of agenda's and minutes and creative when it comes to problem solving with those tricky Owner challenges. Certainly recommend this company!

After 11 years of another strata company's neglect, inaction, rudeness and downright contempt for owners, it has been a breath of fresh air to have Metro Strata manage our complex in Lakemba for the past five years.I have been on the EC for the entire period of Metro Strata's tenure and it has always been a very easy process to communicate and get action on anything that requires attention.Metro Strata came on board at a time when our building was in need of a lot of work (after the previous years of neglect), and they were absolutely wonderful in guiding us through the entire process. It was so reassuring to have a strata manager that actually cared and knew what they were doing. If we had not enlisted their services when we did - I believe our complex would be in a very serious state of disrepair today.Complex issues and building works are a true test of a stratra management company and Metro Strata had done an amazing job.
