We like coles usually but when we were there last the check out lady who had no one waiting at her threw my bags at me she was rude as anything and made me pack my own bags. There was no rush. No one behind us waiting or anything just rude customer service.

Got served by a lady named Monica that tried accusing me for taking a 30 pack of cansI am have a disability that uses a scooter think I might have to contact channel seven and the west Australian.Coles are happy to employee disabled people but just as quick to accuse themWhen I told the Monica I had it on my scooter, I don’t think she was listeningVisiting here from interstate everyone has been open and welcoming.Except for staff at coles Joondalup

Ivana at the front desk is absolutely the best, she knows exactly where everything is and is very well informed. She knows how to keep up with her staff.The store is very tidy and the shelves look very full and clean. All the staff have a big smile on there faces, specially Jamie and Victoria. These two pack your bags absolutely perfectly.If you go after 6, Rob will be there to give you the best discounts on food you can imagine. He probably saved me hundreds over the past couple months.Store is always well looked after and I highly recommend shopping here

My partner came here and she went to grab some mixed nuts, she is extremely dyslexic and didn't realize that she wasn't allowed to mix them.She was then YELLED at by a staff member for mixing nuts. ridiculous and disgusting service.

I enjoyed shopping with coles. Item looked fresh and pretty compared to other grocery market. However, priced slightly higher.I loved getting coles buttery croissant (2 in a box). Many times when I patronised them during afternoon time, it’s gone off the shelf:( I’d hope they can replenish more of these bakery!!

I don't mind this coles always has fresh produce presumably due to the high turn over and sales...however wish there was more aisle room and more checkouts... took me over 45mins waiting in line to checkout that went as far back as the freezer section.

Quiet night in the store I love it but hounded by ppl trying to be in every place I stop. Interesting observing how prices on some areas have grown substantially.
