Highly recommend Lisa as a PT trainer. She has a wealth of knowledge on fitness and her program is structured on the needs of her clients which builds fitness,strength & well being. The classes are always fun & welcoming. The incorporation of nutritional advice & recipes are an added bonus.

I have been doing Lisa’s online PT 2 You program for the last 18 months. Lisa is a fantastic trainer who is very supportive, motivating and very accommodating too. Lisa tailors my workouts to suit my busy lifestyle and I love that the program gives me the flexibility to complete my workouts at a time and place that suits me. The app is very user friendly and Lisa is a fantastic support. Nothing is too much trouble. I highly recommend Lisa to anyone looking for a Personal Trainer.

She understands my goals, personalises and varies every session, incorporates my feedback into her session plans, has a great gym setup, is always fully prepared and on time AND she's a positive, friendly, bubbly person that makes training a positive experience. I've been a client of Lisa Marshall from PT to You for just over 1 year and have achieved much more than just weight loss!!!!! The program I've chosen to do with Lisa is all online, once a week I schedule a phone call with Lisa where we discuss my previous week and any issues I've been having, Lisa provides me with my online exercise routine that includes comprehensive short videos to demonstrate how they are to be completed. I have just completed a daily interactive online course called PN coaching, this course provides healthy habits and tips which changed my relationship with food and exercise. I would highly recommend Lisa Marshall if you want to change your life, her supportive, caring but firm nature was just what I needed.

Unable to maintain a face to face regular training commitment, but really needing to be held accountable with a safe tailored program, I joined Lisa's PT 2 YOU online! She designed my half hour strength and mobility program so that I can train at home in my own time! Saving the session in the app lets Lisa see I've trained and how I felt about the session. It is the best exercise regime I've tried, and I highly recommend it to you.

PT To You group classes are so much more than they appear. Lisa offers seemly endless variations on routines, indoors, and the occasional pool session, so it is never boring. We laugh and talk our way through most sessions, and then the next day, my body reminds me we sure did workout! Lisa's passion around creating a supportive group approach to fitness and wellbeing (including nutrition) is not to be missed. Can't wait for the next term to start. Highly recommend.
