Excellent customer service!!They took my broken down vehicle, assessed and quoted sooner than expected.I didn't go with the work as too extensive and cost more than value of car (I did drive it into the ground).However, they were happy to house the vehicle for an extra few days while I arranged for the vehicle to be collected for scrap.Cannot fault their service just sorry I can't comment on quality of work (maybe next time).

Have taken my car here for the last few years and am always a happy customer when i leave. Any extra work is always discussed before they start and pricing is pretty decent. When i spoke to Teagan the manager i found he was very understanding, even after i cancelled my appointment twice because of work! Highly recommend.

I've lost count of how long I've been going to Steve & the crew. After all those other mechanics I used to visit in the past I just I keep going back here because they're honest, they do great work and since I started going there with my last three vehicles I've never had a break down. They always seem to know in advance what I need to get done next time to keep me running with confidence without making me spend on it too soon. Now I've just got to find a politician, a banker and an insurance company I can trust this much and I'll be set.

Been taking my Nissans to the gentleman for 5 years. Best customer service, honest transparent and explaining everything so even someone who knows nothing about car mechanics can fee confident about what work is being done! Any little issues or concerns I've ever had between services I've been able to drop by and they've always looked after me! :)

Charged me $650+ for a major service and 2 brake pada. After that i still had major problems remained in my car. Specially the break started making noise and engine having trouble going up hill..having misfire. Took it back immediately to them. They kept if for half a day and called back saying that now i got more problems with car which will cost another $500! Then i took my car back saying i need to think..but since then the car engine is totally playing up. Never had these issues before i took it to them initially. Then i took my car to 3 different mechanics and this is what i understand.. S&G doesn't understand their work properly. Not skilled and will plant a problem in the car to get business out of that. So please think twice before taking your car to S&G. There are so many other mechanics in Hornsby! I also went to them from Google search but now paying for it

I had brought in my car to have the clutch fully replaced. The service was fantastic and professional. I was given a breakdown of pricing before they worked on it and explained everything to me. Once I got the car back the price was below expected which was very nice and the repairs were completed in fast time. Fantastic friendly people!

So impressed with these guys - my car was making so much noise when I was driving and I paid other mechanics to fix it, but nothing worked.I gave the car to Teagan and 6 hours later, it feels like I'm driving an electric car its that quiet.Thanks heaps Teagan. would recommend to anyone.
